Meraki Unique Care is the specialist supported living and clinically-led complex care division, built on the strong foundations and trusted reputation of My Homecare Redbridge, which has been delivering quality care services across London, Essex and beyond since 2018.
Through years of providing person-centred care, strong local relationships and consistent service delivery, My Homecare Redbridge has built a reputation for reliability, compassion and quality.
Meraki extends that experience into more specialist service areas, including supported living, clinically-led complex care, long-term care packages, traumatic brain injury support, neurological conditions and higher-dependency care needs.
This allows us to combine the trust and operational strength of an established provider with the focused delivery of specialist care services for individuals requiring more complex support.

Who We Support
Safe, Structured Support
Clinically-led support for individuals with complex needs, helping them remain safely in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
Support for people with neurological conditions, brain injuries, spinal injuries, long-term health conditions, physical disabilities and high-dependency needs.
Care packages can include 24-hour support, medication management, mobility support, rehabilitation-focused care and Registered Nurse oversight where required.
